Do you find yourself left with one earring and the other one lost? I am guilty of this. I have lost one of the earrings above multiple times and have luckily found it each time. If I have done the following, I would probably never have had to go looking for it!

4 Tips to Prevent You From Losing an Earring

1. Remove Earrings Before Going to Bed:  It's a good idea to take off your earrings before going to bed to prevent them from getting lost. The third time I lost one of these earrings I found the butterfly back when I was making my bed. My husband found the front in our bedroom closet when we were cleaning.
2. Check and Tighten Butterfly Backs: If you find your stud earring seems loose, it's usually the butterfly back. See the video below how to tighten it.
3. Secure Dangle Earrings with Rubber Nuts: Dangle earrings can fall out really easily. If you receive those rubber nuts with a pair of earrings, I highly encourage you to use them. They will be pretty tight when you first use them. Twist them up the ear wire so they are sitting right behind your ears. Over time they will loosen up. When they become too loose, replace them.
4. Be Cautious in Winter: Earrings are prone to getting lost in winter, especially due to scarves and hats. Extra care is advised when removing such clothing items.

How to Untangle a Necklace?

Tangled necklaces are so frustrating. How do they get those little knots? Here's a short video of how to untangle your necklace using 2 toothpicks.
'To help prevent necklaces from getting tangled try the following.

1. Store Separately: Store each necklace separately in its own bag or compartment.
2. Keep Clasps Done Up: This prevents the ends from tangling up together.
3. Handle Longer Chains Carefully: Longer chains, especially those of 24 inches or more, are more prone to tangling.
I hope these jewellery tips are helpful.
