Do YOU PROVIDE Shipping?
All jewellery is made to order. We try our best to have your items shipped out within 5 - 7 business days. This does not include weekends and holidays.

When it  comes to shipping fees, you have options!

SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA 

• 7 to 15 business days - Canada Post Ground Regular Mail (no tracking) - FREE

 • 4 to 6 business days - Canada Post Expedited (with tracking) - $15 flat rate

• 2 business days - Canada Post Express Shipping (with tracking) - $20 flat rate

Custom made orders will take longer as time is required to design and create the product.

All items are wrapped with care.  They are encased in individual packaging and then placed in a bubble wrapped envelope.

We ship with Canada Post. Delays can happen. If this happens, please reach out.

​Please note during the Christmas season, these times can be longer.
DO you accept Refunds?
I hope you love the pieces you receive as much as I love creating them. If however you need to return the item, I accept returns within 14 days of the product being delivered to you in its original condition. Please contact me prior to returning the product. If an item is to be returned, the customer will pay for the shipping but the cost of the item will be refunded.
I do not accept returns on earrings for hygiene reasons or items that have been worn.

No refunds on custom orders.


No exchanges. Items can be returned for a refund or a new order can be replaced if preferred.
