First came the idea of creating a collection using amber. Why amber? Amber has anti-inflammatory properties to help those suffering from arthritic pain.
This fine silver teardrop necklace features a blue grass texture from plants that I collected during a recent trip to Crete, Greece. The fine lines of this plant create a delicate design on the silver pendant. Each 99.9 silver pendant has a tiny amber chip strung inside the centre.
Each pendant is strung on a sterling silver satellite chain that has been brushed with a patina to bring out the details of the blue grass.
This necklace makes a perfect gift for those who love amber.
