Seashells are little miracles from the ocean. Washed up on the Pacific Ocean shores of Southern California, a seashell with a beautiful ripple texture caught my eye. They remind of sand ripples along the beach.
The seashell texture is captured in a mold and a delicate pair of oval fine silver ripple earrings are formed from metal clay. Once the metal clay is dried and it is carefully sanded, it is fired in a kiln. These textured seashell drop earrings have an oxidized finish.
A seashell symbolizes the soul leaving earth, the journey of life, eternity, strength, and relaxation.
