What is your shipping policy?
All jewellery is made to order. We try our best to have your items shipped out within 5 - 7 business days. This does not include weekends and holidays.
When it comes to shipping fees, you have options!

SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA
•7 to 15 business days - Ground Regular Mail (no tracking) - $4.00 flat fee
• 5 to 7 business days - Free Shipping on Orders of $100.00 or more (with tracking)
• 4 to 6 business days - Canada Post Expedited (with tracking) - $15 flat rate
• 2 business days - Canada Post Express Shipping (with tracking) - $20 flat rate
Custom made orders will take longer as time is required to design and create the product.
All items are wrapped with care. They are encased in individual packaging and then placed in a bubble wrapped envelope.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
I hope you love the pieces you receive as much as I love creating them. If however you need to return the item, I accept returns within 14 days of the product being delivered to you in its original condition. Please contact me prior to returning the product. If an item is to be returned, the customer will pay for the shipping but the cost of the item will be refunded.
I do not accept returns on earrings for hygiene reasons or items that have been worn.

what materials are used in your jewellery?
My jewellery is handcrafted from silver metal clay. This clay is an eco-friendly medium made from recycled silver.
Pendants, earrings and bracelet charms are made of fine silver (99.9%) and rings are made of sterling silver (92.5%).

can i request a custom order?
I do a limited amount of custom orders each year, depending on the requirements. Please drop me an email at [email protected] with your ideas and I will get back to you.
Custom orders are subject to a non-refundable upfront deposit of half of the total item quote - the balance and postage is due on completion.

how do i take care of my jewellery?
All my jewellery is made of fine silver and sterling silver which by its very nature will tarnish overtime.
To help delay the tarnishing process, I recommend storing your silver in the provided air-tight bag with the anti-tarnish strip when not wearing it. If your jewellery does tarnish, a silver polishing cloth will bring it back.
Please be sure to remove your jewellery before bathing, showering, swimming, sleeping or applying skincare products.

where is your jewellery made and what are your materials sourced?
I handcraft all my jewellery in Mississauga, Canada. My supplies and materials are purchased from manufacturers in North America whenever possible, and I research to ensure they are ethically sourced.
how will my jewellery be packaged?
All orders will be shipped in a Kraft jewellery box that can be used to store your jewellery or be recycled. You will also receive a jewellery care card.

I am based out of Mississauga, Canada. I ship across Canada. See our Markets page for a list of shows where you can shop in person.
what methods of payment do you accept?
Our secure online checkout allows you to pay with PayPal, American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Google Pay and Apple Pay. During our handmade markets, we accept cash, credit, and debit card payments.
